Website Use and Reservation Terms

By using this website or booking a stay at The Garrett Inn, you agree to provide accurate information and to use our site and property responsibly. Rates, availability, and policies may change without notice.

Reservations and payment. A valid payment method may be required to confirm a reservation. All charges are due according to the rate terms shown at booking, and any incidentals, damage, or unpaid balances may be charged to the card on file.

Cancellations and changes. Cancellation windows, deposits, and refund eligibility follow the reservation terms presented at the time of booking. Late cancellations, no-shows, or early departures may be charged in full or partially as stated in your reservation.

Check-in and check-out. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure is based on availability and may involve additional fees.

House rules and guest responsibilities. Guests are expected to respect quiet hours, non-smoking requirements, occupancy limits, pet guidelines, parking areas, and all posted safety rules. Guests are responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or excessive cleaning caused by themselves, their visitors, or their pets.

Property and liability. The Garrett Inn is not responsible for injuries, accidents, weather-related disruptions, personal belongings, or circumstances beyond our control. Use of fireplaces, outdoor areas, and all amenities is at your own risk and must follow posted instructions.
