Website Use and Reservation Terms
By using this website or booking a stay at The Garrett Inn, you agree to provide accurate information and to use our site and property responsibly. Rates, availability, and policies may change without notice.
Reservations and Payment. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. No payment will be collected at the time of booking, and the full reservation balance will be charged on the scheduled date of arrival. Any additional charges for incidentals, damages, or outstanding balances may be charged to the card on file in accordance with our property policies.
Cancellations and Changes. Reservations may be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged for the full reservation, up to a maximum of three nights. Reservations longer than three nights will only be charged for the first three nights, with the remaining nights canceled without charge. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
Check-in and check-out. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We’re happy to accommodate early arrivals whenever possible, at no additional charge! Simply give us a call, and we’ll do our best to have your room ready early, although availability cannot be guaranteed. Guests who remain past the 11:00 AM checkout time will be charged for an additional night.
House rules and guest responsibilities. Guests are expected to respect quiet hours, non-smoking requirements, occupancy limits, pet guidelines, parking areas, and all posted safety rules. Guests are responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or excessive cleaning caused by themselves, their visitors, or their pets.
Property and liability. The Garrett Inn is not responsible for injuries, accidents, weather-related disruptions, personal belongings, or circumstances beyond our control. Use of firepit, outdoor areas, and all amenities is at your own risk and must follow posted instructions.
Website content. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but photos, descriptions, amenities, and policies may differ from time to time. Website content is provided for general information and does not replace the specific terms in a confirmed reservation.
